General

El alambre litz de alta frecuencia forrado con seda natural, poliéster o nailon se caracteriza por una mayor estabilidad dimensional y protección mecánica. La tensión optimizada del forrado asegura una alta flexibilidad y prevención de empalmes o brotes durante el proceso de corte del alambre litz. Este efecto de empalme puede dificultar la manipulación y el contacto de los extremos del alambre en el procesamiento posterior.

ALAMBRE LITZ CON ALIVIO DE TENSIÓN

General

Algunos de los alambres litz ultrafinos se ven afectados por altas fuerzas mecánicas durante el procesamiento posterior y durante su vida útil. Las construcciones de alambre Litz a partir de un diámetro de conductor único disponible de 0.01 mm (AWG 58) se pueden diseñar implementando alivio de tensión para mejorar la resistividad del alambre Litz contra la tensión de tracción. Por lo general, se usa en aplicaciones en las que el alambre litz no se enrolla en una bobina, sino que se usa como un cable.

Los alambres litz perfilados (con forma mecánica) permiten una utilización óptima del espacio de embobinado disponible debido al factor de llenado superior de las secciones transversales de alambre litz rectangulares o cuadradas. En comparación con una construcción de sección transversal redonda estándar, el alambre litz perfilado puede aumentar el factor de llenado hasta en un 20%.

Las ventajas de diseño del alambre litz perfilado solo se pueden realizar plenamente utilizando productos con dimensiones uniformes y precisas. Esta estabilidad dimensional solo es posible con un control exacto de cada paso del proceso.

ALAMBRE LITZ ENCINTADO

General

Las construcciones de alambre litz de alta frecuencia con cinta son principalmente adecuadas para aplicaciones que requieren un alto voltaje de ruptura. El encintado mejora la capacidad de soportar flexiones y tensiones mecánicas. El alambre litz con cinta adhesiva se puede lograr utilizando cinta autoadhesiva o sellada térmicamente. Esto garantiza la protección contra la reapertura durante y después de los procesos de fabricación y, por lo tanto, asegura el cumplimiento de la distancia de fuga definida.

Algunas cintas se pueden sellar térmicamente cuando se usan junto con ciertos tipos de esmalte de alambre.
