应力消除

应力消除利兹线

概述

在后续加工过程中以及使用中,一些超细利兹线会受到高机械应力的影响。导体直径从0.01毫米(AWG 58)开始的单线都可以生产应力消除利兹线,以对利兹线提供最佳的抗应力保护。该产品典型的应用方式不是绕制线圈,而是作为线缆使用。

概述

定型(机械成型)利兹线采用矩形或方形截面,填充系数非常高,可以充分利用绕线空间。相比常规圆形截面结构,定型利兹线的填充系数最大可提高20%。

定型利兹线的设计优势只有在产品具有稳定和精确的尺寸时才能完全实现。为获得稳定性的尺寸,必须精确地控制每个工艺过程。

膜包

膜包利兹线

概述

膜包高频利兹线主要适用于对击穿电压要求高的应用。薄膜绕包能提高利兹线承受弯曲和机械应力的能力。自黏膜包线使用热封或自黏薄膜材料,可以防止在生产过程中或结束后出现薄膜脱离的情况,从而确保满足规定的爬电距离。

某些绝缘薄膜与特定的漆型结合使用后可以进行热封。
