利兹线
利兹线绕线张力的确定
下表列出了单股线的最大适用绕线张力。利兹线的最大绕线张力可以通过单线股数乘以单股的绕线张力来计算。不论计算的数值,对于直径大于5mm的利兹线,建议的张力极限对于硬金属为420N,对于铜和较软的金属为270N。
这些数值是参考值,根据生产工艺的不同可能会有较大的差异。
